Hello guys , can someone explain how can i build a template like this , or what tools i can use to look like that , i tried with HTTracker Website Copier for the HTML , but when i paste the HTML code on the website it s deprived of all background,animation,and al those things

Why you copy another guy's template ?? If you want You can build different & something new.
