Local SEO For Hotel Client

Dear Folks!
Need your help to rank my hotel website in the local snack pack of Google.

I have optimized my website and added all the information to the google listing. The listing is having nearly 200 reviews with 4-star average rating. However, other hotels having fewer ratings and reviews are having a good rank.

Is there any other strategy to follow?

It's not a new listing... The listing has a presence since 3 years

All these will increase the gmb listing rankings.

Its a Google Entity Stack, in which the money site gets the links from the Google properties like Google doc, form, slide etc. And every Google property is them embed in the Google site, and Google site also contains the money site url, which in turn passes all the link juice to the money site and increases the authority.

Nice.. however, one trouble i am having is understanding which link to use for my banklinks to my GMB.

Give a variations of links like bitly shorten links, naked Urls, with anchors etc.

I think Google shorten links are already closed now

It takes time for google to index all your listing keep adding new photos and post every week have patience it will rank soon

We're adding new photos, but as its a hotel listing so there are some limitations like we can't do posting like we do for other listing

Use a geo tagging software (GeoSetter).
Find the GPS coordinates of the hotel.
Alter any picture with GPS coordinates before posting it in GMB. You can also spam pictures with brand and keywords.

I used to do Local SEO (Now moved to rank and rent because it's less mindfucking) and I was consistently getting #1, obviously, there was not that much competition that knew SEO especially technical SEO.
