Before buying, i asked the support in email and live chat if the proxies work for Instagram account creation and how much is the creation rate.
The support said that the creation rate is 60% - 70% with their proxies and PVACreator, but right now i already spent 1.59 GB bandwidth, and i can't even make 100 accounts.
I used PVACreator, Igramtool and Jarvee creator getting similar results. 5% creation rate approximately.
Conclusion: Smart proxies have very low creation rate for Instagram account creation. i wasted $75 testing their proxy.
