Note for all the SMM Panel owners & support team

Seriously though, I don't mind when people speak poor English. Doesn't bother me as a native English speaker.

This is not poor English, most of them write an answer like they have disabilities, you ask them one question they answer some nonsense ... Sick of it.

I used to have a VA from Dhaka that had serious English issues but did great work.

I would say, "Can you do XYZ today?" and he would respond, "Eggs are good" or something not even remotely close to what I was talking about.

We worked together for about 2 years or so.

Yeah, language issues can be annoying but if you are getting what you pay for it is just one of those things you look past... like rain when you are out fishing.

yes really
they need this
its like a 10 years kid non english speaker talk to you

Since I go often to lake with my dad we actually adore when it rains, fishes thinks that there is foo... wait you already know that!

Btw yes its annoying since I can't get a basic info about the service except "yes" "sir" "no"....

But how many people out there are like you do you think? Is it really worth it for them to train their support to speak better English? Probably not. Probably most of their customers never contact them. I know you are frustrated, but maybe it's you who needs to learn another language, or learn more patience, or use Google translator. It really doesn't bother me at all personally.

If there is a language they use I would like to learn it.

I would learn Hindi or Bengali. I predict a 75% success rate.

Okay bro, thanks for the advice, I will now contact local language school to check if they have those two.

I suspect that some sellers understand English perfectly well, and just use the 'language barrier' as an excuse to sell sub-par service.

In one case, the pre-sales live chat promised that they could do something, but the post-sale support repeatedly claimed to not understand what I was asking for (a standard feature from most providers). When I threatened a PayPal dispute and SL thread, they suddenly switched to near-perfect English and were willing to offer the service that they did not know about only minutes earlier.

It's really not worth the time. It's still gonna be shit support. Theres a panel i spend about 10k a month with. Even with that their support is incredibly rude and understands me well. They always get rude when shit starts dropping too. Last time I had some people songs removed, messaged the support for some sort of compensation. I didn't mention that the reason I bought the service is because it said "Lifetime Guarantee" in the service details. Of course support delays the response so they can go change their site to say "No Refunds". Didn't say it before I asked for compensation. But it was about $5k in services. So then hours later they respond "You knew what you were buying, we cannot guarantee the services". And they changed the wording on their site that is private and not crawlable because its a membership site, so no cache. Ah well, my loss. The owner did end up refunding some. About $1k after the fact.

Man I swear I've considered building my own servers to do this shit. Need to partner up with a bad ass coder. I'm tired of the BS in general from panels.
