You can try Wix should be easy but you wont get that much customization. Or you can spend some money to get a hosting Namecheap is good to go for a newbie $15 for a year with a domain that may cost like $1-$8 and you are done.

Why do you need to pay for something? Use wordpress, it simple like abc. Plus thousands of free themes, I'm sure you'll find something for your YT channel

You paid for 1 year domain + hosting (can find really cheap offer). That's all. It is still cheaper than website builder sites. Plus you can customize everything as you wish. Just my opinion
