Or you can pay someone to teach you. But to verify the usefulness of that person, you may need someone else's help.

Or, you can spend some time learning the ropes and testing stuff. It takes time. It is hard work. But once you do that, any questions you have will be specific, and there are better chances of you getting an answer.

Well this is not how it works here, you may ask specific questions, but definitely not a full step by step guide. Do you have hands and a brain? Use the search function at the top right and search what you need. There are hundreds of full guides for making a website

Yeah I don't see any problem with it. Keep in mind that wordpress domain is a free domain and people may not trust it as well as a first level domain (www.website .com). For the youtube part, you may use your website as prelander for the CPA, so that the video doesn't risk (still risky) too much to be shutted down.

Learn to do graphic with gimp

After that learn how to build a site based on what the site is about

after that learn about internet marketing well

Oh mate, you are asking for the very basic stuff. You will need to help yourself. Everyone in here is busy working on their own method. On BHW are lots of threads providing the knowledge you are seeking. For the domain/hosting stuff you can just Google or search on YouTube.

and by the way...with this mentality of "please teach me" you won't reach anything.
