i have a real problem my website doesnt open (namecheap hosting)

i bought a hosting from namecheap and i got with it tmk.website the problem is the website does not open however the dns is right and every thing is ok there is no any reason the site cant open i chated with namecheap live chat but no thing changed more than 1 week till now i am trying i even registered a new domain taalam.top added it to the hosting but the same problem the site taked some time to load then it stops and the message that the (conection time ended) i chated with name cheap again and this time they said tht ISP blocks me from opening the sites from my computer why would isp do this and why those 2 sites especially tmk.website and taalam.top ... what can i do for this problem both sites dont work thanks

actually no till now i ended chatting with namecheap chat for only 1 hour and the ISP thing still very vague can't understand why isp would block me from opening this site and why these two sites especially!! all other sites work fine

Your website is fine, I can access them from my country. Tmk is joomla then taalam is roundcube. Is that true?

Maybe your isp doesn't allow domain with .website and .top.

you can try with VPN for sure.

Try opening it on a different device like your phone or tablet.

If that does not work use a different internet connection (your mobile offers that I am sure) or hit a local coffee shop or something.

I'd suggest to contact with your ISP and tell them you can't visit those sites from your internet connection. Hope they will provide you a solution.

yes sir i tried to use proxy and tmk.website worked fine but i tried to open from an internet cafe in egypt my country and it never worked and yes what you mentioned is true and i can open .website and .top domains very fine from my country and my internet

thanks in fact if i open using proxy it works but from a local internet cafe i find the same problem and bout Roundcube it's actually random script i tried to install random scripts to try to open

Maybe you should log into your host's client area and unblock your IP if it has been banned. You can check if it is banned and unblock it with just a click. I have encountered similar issues severally where I couldn't visit my own sites but other could.

In these cases you have to check "web accessibility" service (just google it). It's free. They'll try accessing your website through different servers and if it successes than something is wrong on your part.
3 things that could be preventing your access:
Your ISP blocks domain
Your ISP blocks hosting IP
Your hosting is blocking your IP because it's been abused (but since namecheap says it is ISP than most likely they see their server doesn't block your IP)
First thing I'd try is change MAC address in router and reboot router to change IP and try accessing website. If it wouldn't help. I call ISP and ask them to unblock this website for me.

thank you guys but there is another issue the 2 websites worked for 1 hour and then they got down again not sure what is happening? if the reason is ISP then why they worked some time and then got down? even taalam.top worked yesterday and today it' not working i really cant understnd please if any one can confirm whether the problem is with namecheap hosting i can leave them and move on to another company i really can't afford all of this it's been 1 week now and i cant add any content to the site cant even open it and namecheap deny any responsibility

Did you ask namecheap to check your IP blocked or not in their server firewall? Maybe your public IP blocked in namecheap server.
