We are having some delay on support and we are working on fixing this. This is why reply are taking more time since a week.

Doesn't make sense. Because of that we are getting scammed. There are services which are stuck and when asked for cancellation I get replies after 2-3 days saying that cancellation is not guaranteed. Are you serious?? So we won't get our services and no cancellation too? Other panels are immediately cancelling the services which is not working.

I was habituated using Followiz but I will move onto others soon. This problem is not about a week. It's going on for couple of months now!

If the service doesn't work and doesn't get delivered, we are refunding the orders yes. If you ordered and decide that you want to get a cancellation for no "valid" reason, we ask provider for refund but it's not guaranteed. Stuck order after 3 days is a valid reason. May I have your ticket ID?

Yes likes had an api issue today that's why they were not being started. They should all be started under the next 6 hours.
