When we set auto responses do they come from fresh IPs? Are they generated from a 'visit' or are they internally generated so no footprint to track via GSC?

Fresh IP's yes. The IP's are auto generated, so they're random every time. You can also upload your own list of IPs that the plugin can auto pick from.

Not sure what you mean here.

You can post comments to pages now with the newest update. If your page/landing page has an area for comments, then yes the comments will show up there.
