Yea totally agree with you buddy. I am a customer for probably over 1 year now and they were spot on, the rotating proxies are amazing, sometimes they are a little buggy but no big deal. I didnt have any issues with them at all, but like you said. In the last 2 months the proxies were just getting worse and worse. Last week was probably the most problematic one when all proxies stopped working. The support is pretty fast but they don't seem to care really much that the customer is unsatisfied with the constant crashes of the proxies.

If its not their fault then i can understand the issue, but a little bit of a update for us would benefit them as well. Atleast then i know its not their fault that the proxies don't work..

Actually, everything works good now.
They fixed everything and support answers as fast as always before.

Glad you got yours fixed.

Well i am still having issues, not as much as i used to have with them but there are still issues. I am just thinking if i should change provider overall, or code a small program that send them an email every 10 minutes of which proxies are not working for me.

Oh... Actually, I get issues with some of proxies from them from time to time as well.
But I realize that noone can guarantee you 100% stable proxies with no issues at all.

By the way, it is a good idea with sending them an email with not working proxies list once issue takes place. Thumbs up! :)
