Facebook ad accounts getting disabled after ad disapproval.

Hi,

I have got 3 facebook ad accounts disabled since yesterday. Whenever I was creating a carousel ad for my products it was getting disapproved and subsequently my ad account would get disabled saying you have violated the facebook ad policy. It seems the first account was getting disabled because there was a micro drone on it that the system have confused with spy camera and disapproved the ad. I had a chat with a facebook representative who was helpful enough to tell me the reason of disapproval.

The other 2 ads on the other accounts were disapproved saying there was something related to smoking or tobacco. I am not sure which product was caught by the system for this as I am not running any black hat ads and none of the products were related to smoking or tobacco.

What should I do now? I don't want to loose any more ad accounts and I am scared to run any fb ads. Please suggest the best course I should take to run a fresh campaign using a fresh ad account.

I am using an old facebook account only. I don't think that is the case. Should I consider changing url? changing products? or changing domain name itself?

if the domain is not blocked by fb you don't need to change it , be careful in the word you use to describe your product

Fb is fucked up, right now! You can get banned even by boosting an image downloaded off fb. It's costing business for many people.

None of the words are related to smoking or tobacco.

Happened to me as well with one of the account. It was reactivated and was disabled right after I ran the ad again. I am not sure what to do.

This is how it be since recently. Most of those flags are automatic false-positives though, so you can get them reactivated/approved with an appeal most of the times.

I got a reply from them for one of my account - Your account has been disabled for not following Facebook's Advertising Guidelines.

Ad accounts are evaluated for policy compliance and quality of ad content. When accounts have run ads that are not policy compliant, they are disabled.

Your account was disabled for running misleading ads that resulted in high negative feedback from people on Facebook. Our goal is to provide the highest quality user experience. We reserve the right to reject any ad that doesn't follow our policies. Similarly, we reserve the right to close an account creating ads contrary to these objectives.

For this reason, if any of your ads have been removed or your ad account has been disabled, we will be unable to reactivate either. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please consider this decision final.

You may be using old hesao. But the only thing you need to pay attention to is the most important. These rules are GOLDEN RULES.
1. Do not enter your own computer. (Use VPS Server)
2. Do not use any credit card that you have previously used for advertising. Buy a Virtual Card and upload the balance into it if you can.
3. Do not use if you are using the same website URL as your link at all times.

If you do this, there will be no problems. I'm constantly using VPS Server for every account in Google AdWords accounts. I am very pleased.

Facebook not only check ads, they also check your landing website, if in the website tobacco accessories exist you are eligible for ban by fb. Good luck bro

Thanks for this tip. I had a chat with one of their representative and they told me that there was a product on my website with title spy cam and there was vaporisers on my website as well. So they asked me to delete it. I am also planning to use a clocker for my url as well.

looks like good plan try it and remove those product before running ad directly.
