Im still not sure how faking referrer equals fraudulent leads and therefore impacts the advertisers. Unless what the guy is trying to do is create fake sign ups in which case theres easier ways to go about it then to fake the referrer

I'm playing the odds here... someone that asked that question with what I know about him is not one who is looking to hide his traffic as much as he is looking to defraud the network.
99% of us play the odds when we make a decision and I'm doing that here.
I might be wrong but I'd bet against me being wrong in thinking his desire is more to defraud as opposed to hide his traffic.
Even if he wanted to hide his traffic as it is not approved as opposed to sending fake leads that would be defrauding the network.
I work with a lot of networks and have for years and if you are sending traffic that makes everyone money you don't need to hide anything.

I hope I'm not sounding niave but Im incredibly puzzled what kind of blackhat method this is. The obv one I could guess is botted or pay third party per sign up but in either case wouldn't it be piss easy to get a legit traffic source ie click via href link. On top of that if the your sign-ups have a low conversion rate for advertisers the network could easily weed you out within days and it wouldn't be worth the effort if payment schedules are longer.
I'm so puzzled lol .....

I have no idea but he stated it was illegal.
I could do what he wants to do all day long as I have the resources, used to be part owner of a network and know what they look for and have the knowledge to pull it all off.
I don't though.
He is welcome to do it if he wants.
He'll get some noise here for wanting tips and tricks though.

hmmm so it's my fault, i had to say "HIDE REFERRES" not "FAKE REFERRES" but you reported my post with the reason that my post it's an "illigal activity", i was reading the BHW "terms and rules" and there is nothing wrong I m not scaming anyone her, a lot of people here asking the somen or selling the same (fake accounts, fake referring traffic services... )

You want to advertise that you are operating in an illegal manner (not one that is circumventing Terms Of Service on sites but illegal) go right ahead. I'll call you out on this site for advertising that on this site and will act on it if there is proof.

It is criminal to commit fraud in order to steal from a network. That is pretty straight forward.
Perhaps when you read the rules you missed this:

You don't like my comments and my actions related to your criminal activity that you are professing here, I don't care.
Gaming FB, IG, CL et al. is not criminal as we are just bypassing their Terms Of Service. There might bee civil repercussions but not criminal ones. You stated that what you wanted to do was illegal and thus criminal and not a civil issue.
Again, if you don't like my responses and reaction I don't care.
Straight up though you are not really using your head when you declare that you want to scam a network here as we know where you are based on your IP (proxies don't hide you) and should there be some kind of legal deal where the network actually pursues your activity and gets a court order to see where you are and who you are (yeah, we have other info that is tied to you) BHW would have to give it up and you would be in deep sneakers.
Again though, I don't care.

Again, stealth accounts are definitely criminal activity, but are fine here? I'm not criticizing you at all just wanting clarification of where you guys stand on that?
I say that because I was limited on PayPal recently, and upon looking into what these 'stealth' accounts are I found that they are actually super illegal but the prevalence of them here had me believing they are normal or not exactly open about the depth of how black hat they are.
