Just a follow up to my earlier review about getting a poorly done article that wasn't on topic. Received a message asking for my order number so they can get it fixed. Provided the number, several days went by and I got an e-mail saying my topic was too hard and they can't do it. Asked them to refund my $20. No refund was sent, filed a PayPal dispute. Buyer beware.
