I'm extremely unhappy with their service. The $0.8/100 plan described on the website as:

Some of the articles I received were very low quality, I asked a few American friends to read it and all of them told me that it's very hard to read and doesn't sound at all like an American resident.

I don't have high expectations and I don't even need a writer skill, just to sound like a regular normal person who speaks English.


The worst thing about this service for me is their customer service. It is impossible to reach them 99.9% of the time.
I PM'd the OP here a few days ago - nothing.
I tried to reach them on chat (on their website) - it just says "online" but no respond most of the time (around 2/10 times from my experience).

The delivery system is also far from perfect, I had 2 orders that didn't sent to me after they were completed, one of them was delivered to me about a week after - but I don't hold it against them, it's just "another thing".
