Is there anyway to fix these issues?
1 - I have multiple profile sessions open, all unique usernames for each session, but a lot of the profiles are utilizing the same IP address.
2 - Sometimes it randomly connects to a different state or country.

The biggest issue I have is multiple profile sessions utilizing the same IP address. And yes, I am using the biggest Cities, I need to target by the city not by state.
