I was just curious how many of you here have used the dark web and how many have only ever heard of it.

I personally have never used it, never tired and know sweet fuck all about it. Just wondering how many genuinely use it.

I've. Never bought or sold anything but visited many onions (even today i just can open onions from barve too). Many communities are there for stock manipulation and illegal shit like that...

No one should. Those are honeypots. Most genuine stores are not indexed/open/never shared on net. You need to get into communities and create relations to get the right knowledge or addresses...

99% of them are just creepypasta stuff. But there are some that are very legit.

But you have to dig a bit for the right thing.

Yeah, just for curiosity. I've found it over 10 yr ago, while I was searching for ocult dark stuff ( again, just for curiosity ). I've heard that there are more deeper levels, but never bother to search too much. Also, too many crazy people there..

0.01% are honeypots out of 0.02% - those owners left or got arrested (not in headlines because fbi share only what THEY want in media) and now NSA/FBI/CIA use them to catch more peoples by taking their server+SSL+encryption keys and hitting them with court orders to not let them shut the website and keep their mouth shut.

I was browsing through some time ago. Lots of scam going on. Shouldn't trust anyone in there.
Full of police, intelligence agencies, FBI and so on. They got several shops themselves looking who is buying all that stuff. The real gems in the dark web are well hidden and you can only access them if you know someone in there.
