So basically you admit you did this method in 2014 (or older, who really knows on the internet.) and are trying to do some "quick mafs" to make it sound like what Billy and others are trying to explain is that the amount of scale for 2019 to make it a safer bet of success is illogical. The reality is that this method is extremely oversaturated with porn now being even more acceptable in society than ever with social media. Just like other methods, you need a very creative angle to make yourself unique and that's just the marketing perspective. Automation tools and monthly incurring costs such as proxies and accounts (bought or processed) will also cut into your ROI, meaning this isn't some freeloading niche you can dive into overnight.
@OP: There's way more niches you can tap into IMO. I'd stay away from the adult market unless you really have an edge. Lots of top marketers in this space have this market cornered and fighting for crumbs can be done better elsewhere.
You aren't using critical thinking when you try to make an argument. The fact that I did something in 2014 (or older, who really knows on the internet) is not evidence that I do not do something today, and is not evidence that anything has changed today in terms of how videos get views, or how those views become conversions.
Again, I can't stress this enough, because this is about real facts and not pulling something out of your ass: Uploading 5000 videos is not in any way shape or form making it a safer bet of success. That's entirely about scaling, and it hasn't changed since 2014 for sure. Uploading more videos doesn't improve your conversion rates. Uploading more videos doesn't improve your views.
Throwing thousands of videos up and scratching your ass isn't going to give you a higher chance of success than the guy who uploads one perfectly optimized video, from a perfectly optimized account, pointing to a perfectly optimized landing page, which contains a perfectly optimized offer.
You can ABSOLUTELY dive into this method/niche overnight with COMPLETELY FREE tools and ANYONE who says otherwise is an asshole because they are just trying to keep you out of a method. Download Open Broadcast Software (OBS), search for "Download Pornhub Videos" on Google, Register a Pornhub and Xvideos account, Rip a profile picture off of Google Images, Download a video, put the video as a "media source" into OBS, add a text saying "Come to xxx .com" over the video, and hit record. Then upload the video to Xvideos and Pornhub. Repeat to upload 2 videos on the account. Then clear cache and cookies, wait 24 hours, do it again. Completely free!
That is all there is to this method. Stop trying to scare people away. People who have to lie to other people are assholes. If you want to scale up, you can invest in tools and proxies, or you can outsource to freelancers, but it's not necessary.
Idiots who think you need thousands are videos are the ones who are saturating the porn websites with junk videos, but we can still beat them using our brains. We don't need a twist or creative angle to make ourselves unique. Just copy what the most successful videos on the porn sites have. We can consider a twist or creative angle as part of our optimization later, but it's not necessary. You can see success just straight copy and paste what the highest viewed videos already have.
