my campaign gets approved but account gets suspended in 4 - 5 mins

Your campaign gets auto approved, but your account is getting suspended in minutes, because they detecting your billing.

but I have used different cards with different banks. I have used bank transfer as well.

Using an already blocked card will cause all of your accounts to be blocked.

1 - Are you opening ads from your own computer?
2 - Do you have the same address in the account where you open an ad?
3 - Do you change the domain you are advertising or do you open it on the same domain?
4 - Do you have a phone number on the site where you opened the ad?

I can help you if you get me these questions in some way. The problem is that Google Adwords can also see your computer's MAC address, if you're opening it on the same domain, it can be in the domain, if there's the same address on the site, it can be seen if the same phone number is on the site.
