Hello BHW,

I have the following problem and am looking for someone who can help me out.

I created my blog only a few months ago but compared to similar sites in the time period the google rankings are not as good as I expected.

So I think that the problem is the redirect of my domain

my preferred domain is https://
but if I enter https://www I will not be forwarded

I host my site on an EasyWp host from Namecheap which unfortunately has no cpanel and can't change or create .htacces files. I contacted the Namecheap support but they couldn't help me.

I'm just worried that it might lead to dubliacte content.

What do you think I should worry about?

Best regards,
Dawid.R

Unfortunately, it didn't help. My website crashed after I activated the plugin.
But thank you for your effort.

Duplicate content can causes three main issues for search engines:

-They don't know which version(s) to include/exclude from their indices.

-They don't know whether to direct the link metrics (trust, authority, anchor text, link equity, etc.) to one page, or keep it separated between multiple versions.

-They don't know which version(s) to rank for query results.
