I have a question about this, i planning to create some ebay accounts, and i've already have several verified paypal accounts, but I only have one PC with public internet access, is it safe for that?

I happened to make a fake PayPal account with fake address and a virtual number, and a proper e-mail. I haven't linked any cards or bank account.
So, I used my account to receive payments from other people... and to some extent i was able to send a few bucks to them, today when I tried it was asking me to add a payment method... so I tried linking a Credit Card (Visa) [This card is my real legit card] but it isn't accepting it (probably cuz of the fake address I input, also I am in a totally different country, and in paypal i set my country to US)
Now it's asking me to claim the money I have in my account, I can not send it to anyone at all... So to claim the money I should link a card, I can't, it rejects my card... So there is this option "Leave it in PayPal for now - Send or spend securely from your balance. We’ll just need a little more info from you." ok, so i clicked that then I entered a fake SSN (Social Security Number) and Now it's asking me to add either Photo ID, Address Document, SSN Document, and I don't even know what the hell are those... Please help me out... Thanks

Sorry for not getting back to for a while, I've been offline for a few days. It is not safe to create multiple new ebay account on a single IP. Ebay will most likely suspend your account the second you try to list something. I suggest using a vpn or proxy service when making accounts. Keep in mind that you don't want to use an ip that someone has used to commit fraud, I suggest using a vpn service with many different servers eg. NordVPN. After you have established the accounts and get the limits raised a few times its relatively safe to use your ip for a couple, but its up to you to take that risk.

So basically PayPal saw something that was suspicious about your account. You can not add your credit card because its not from the U.S. At this point you have to upload a drivers licence, utility bill, or a birth certificate. Since you do not live in the U.S I assume you will not be able to provide any of this information legitimately. Depending on how much money is in the account you can either refund all the payments you have received then try to contact the customers and get them to send it to a new account, or you could buy fake documents from http://www.secondeyesolution.ch/ which I have no affiliation with and has worked 2/3 times I've used their service. It was a mistake to put in a fake SSN and there is a high chance that even if you do go with option two that the documents will get rejected. I recommend option number 1 unless you have a large amount of money that you wont be able to recover.

I have had success with almost the same method as you. I make U.S accounts with vba from bestvcc.com (no affiliation). I don't know why its not working for you but I have made several with this method. Make sure to use ips that have not been used with other paypal accounts. Avoid free vpns, I suggest nord vpn because it has a lot of servers. It may also be that your vcc provider uses a foreign bank to make the cards and PayPal detects this. GL I hope this helped.

I'm sorry, but I've slowed my drop shipping business down a lot recently. The auto lister I used to use is now out of date and had a monthly subscription fee. I would ask around I'm sure there are some good free/cheap ones out there.

PayPal asks for anyones tax information once you reach 200 transactions and 20k in sales for all countries. If you have a non-US account they will ask you to fill out the W-8 BEN/BEN-E form to prove that you are not a U.S citizen. Depending on which country you are from they may force you to report your profits to the government, but mainly it's to prevent tax-evasion for U.S sellers.

I've used paypal and ebay as a job for the last 4 years. I think I've run into most problems you could possibly have and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable. If you are having problems with anything ask me and I'll do my best to answer them.

why dont you create a store and list your most profitable items there, you know you have a winning item.
sure there are the extra cost of ads but you will have much more control

Well I don't have much experience drop shipping outside of eBay. I don't even know if the item will be successful on a wider platform. I may give this a try in the future, but at the moment drop shipping is not a large part of my income.

I had streght ebay account with fake credentials (used on diffrent IP than home) and linked with real personal PayPal . But during a night I got suspended because I bought dollar item for feedback in the past then seller of this listing make some changes and my bid went to cancel . After 5 minutes I got account suspended . What I did (bad mistake)with paypal - then cancel automatic payments from ebay but I forgot that I have funds on hold.

Is will be possible to recieve that funds after 21days hold ?

I apologise if this isn't what you are asking, but cancelling the automatic payments from eBay is for paying seller fees it won't stop you from getting payments. Also yes in 21days you will get your money don't worry, pending funds will always be yours even if your PayPal/ eBay gets suspended.

Thank you. I paid fees from eBay then cancel automatic payments but when I try to see date when will be funds available that just see error.
