Ask me about Paypal or Ebay

Hah I used to do this 3-5 years ago, with some good results. Wondering how it's all changed these days.

Do you use stealth accounts for this? If so, how many do you operate?
Do you list them as an individual seller or do you open a store?
Where do you source your items from? having 3000 item is definitely a lot. I barely got 400~ out of which only about 20% were best sellers.
How's the limitations with paypal/ebay these days? Do they do that often?

Thanks

I currently use a fully verified person account with my own information, however; I used stealth accounts for three years because I was a minor. When I did I always had a main account an alt account and an account that was being aged please refer to my previous message to see how this is done. Because I had a high volume of sales, about every 8 months I would get a taxpayer ID limitation which happens at 200 transactions and 20k in sales. I kept track so every time I got close I would slowly withdraw and move all my balance. I have always run a store, I don't know if it effects anything but I signed up for the subscription and just never canceled. I source a lot of my items from smaller, amazon type websites or from a brands website. I found that the smaller websites have unique items that are not on amazon or ebay and the brand websites usually have the best deals. To increase profit margins I also bought some of my best selling items during a sale and kept them as stock. Over the last 4 years I have had 8 paypal limitations. These have been due to the tax payer ID limitation(5) and not aging the accounts enough(3); however, ten months ago I made a fully verified account with my own information, I have to pay taxes, but I've moved more into the digital item game and the profit margins allow for me to afford them. Fortunately for me I've never had many problems with ebay I am only on my second account in four years.

Thank you for taking time to answer. Well you certainly doing it much much cleaner than I used to do. Curious on what are your net profit margins?

How to rank higher on ebay?

I think these are the most important when trying to get ranked higher:
1. Presence of searched keyword in title ( I use google keyword tool and look at my most successful competitors)
2. Good DSR ratings and Good overall feedback.
3. Previous sales of the same item (list multiple quantities of same item so that sales history is maintained)
4. Free Shipping even if you have to charge a higher price (Ebay tries to list them higher because they are trying to compete with amazon)
5. Being a top rated seller

I think you will probably be a little disappointed with my response, but in 2019 eBay is trying to compete with amazon. They focus on promoting the best sellers so the big get even bigger. If you have a below standard selling level its crippling for your business. It is of the upmost importance to keep you DSR ratings up and eventually you will get a break. I've found once you reach the top rated seller mark your business will grow exponentially, if you have a new account I urge you to keep on going and find products that no one else is listing it will help separate you from the crowd.

I've been using an active Paypal account for a couple of years.
What is a safe transaction threshold & account balance?
Should I use other payment processors to spread the transactions or keep using Paypal to increase my account's credibility? I guess I should do both but I'm not sure when and how much.

You should keep transactions coming through, but to not exceed 200 transactions and $20,000 in one year or Paypal will ask for your tax payer ID. As for your balance I don't like to keep more than $500 in there just because paypal is unpredictable. Also avoid sending abnormally large payments.

If its a cheap product like a phone charger, I'd suggest just refunding the money and do the same with items where the return shipping costs almost as much as the product. If its a higher value item I accept returns just so the buyer doesn't get anything free out of the fraud. It may be surprising, but I very rarely run into these cases with physical products, this happens often when your selling digital items or services and I always dispute those
thank you, im not selling digital product, a sell electronics, and some scammers says product isnt working.

1st of all, thanks a lot for information.
I need to buy many of paypal accounts, so i'm wondering if you know any reliable seller!

Is it safe to use 2 PP acc on the same public IP? For example, me and my friend live together and each of us have a PP acc.

Hello, is there a posibillity for my paypal account to be closed if I get money from the services that I offer on instagram?

any new ways to verify without real information?

In my exsperence, yes, I've used multiple accounts on my home IP and had no problems, but if one account gets limited both will.

I've found there are a disproportional amount of charge backs on accounts that sell digital items. If too many disputes are opened against you, there is a possibility of a limitation. You may also get a limitation if you sell these services on eBay as it is against their terms of service. Finally do not do more than 200 transactions or 20k in sales or you will be asked to provide tax payer information.

The only way I know now is to buy fake documents from http://www.secondeyesolution.ch
How to make PayPal bankrupt?
Make a service that better supports digital item sales and have a customer service team that fixes customers problems.
How to fix a "throttled" account
If your account is throttled you can't do much but wait, it will happen less and less often if you continue to have a constant stream of payments.

What if you get too many payments that you reach 20k in PayPal but in reality its 5k profits? Do you create another or what?

They just want to make sure that you are reporting your profits to the IRS, when doing your taxes you will have to say that you only made 5k. If you run a small business I suggest just making a new one.
