If you have the premium version just look for it under tools.
After you purchase this you will have it under Tools,next to the other modules.

Reading and replying for the first step. I know that jarvee can do this in in the "Global Tools" but I´m wondering if there´s some kind of better solution.

Depends what you mean by "better solution". If you can already read and reply and that is all you want, I don't see how it can be "better". More suited to your workflow sure, but that isn't better per se. Just personal preference, for which only you can decide. All programs have either a short free trial, or a longer guaranteed refund period (which is effectively a trial). So if it isn't "functionality" you are after, but workflow, best is to just get all the program and see what suits you best
