Review Time!
I'm halfway through my second week of this service now and I've been delivered three articles, in total, adding up to 5,000 words. So a bit behind the expected 6k a week indicated in the sales pitch.
However, I've only been able to publish one article after some manual editing, the remaining two article I cannot use.
At this price point, I'm not expecting the world, but I would expect some research and something that makes sense. Unfortunately, what I've been delivered has largely missed the mark on the topics and have been hard to read.
Communication has also been difficult. I've made several attempts at contact over Skype, and I can see the contact online, but no response.
After failures to respond I have requested cancelation of the service, but still, all messages go unanswered.

Overall not pleased, and would suggest money is better spent elsewhere.

We're sorry you were not satisfied with the service. A refund had been issued within 24 hours of you messaging us. The delay in response was due to the fact that it was now a working day for us but we addressed it within 24 hours.

Now coming to the quality, you chose the writer after we delivered 3 complementary test articles to you. If requested, we would have accommodated a writer change as well but the writer had been specifically requested by you. The topics were confusing, and if you would have given some pointers/structure or even a reference article the writers would have been able to come up with much better content. The writer misunderstood the topic, and that was a problem. However, that could have been easily resolved if we could have worked on it.

We were inactive during the period this review was made and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and lack of activity. We are open again with a new workforce and this time around, we will ensure to address all queries and concerns.
