You will need proxies to dedicate and manage accounts which would be a sample task using desktop.

Make sure you delete the cookies when ever you login to a different account .

I just logged into the gmail account today and saw that my email was used as a recovery email for 2 other gmails. Why is the email being reused? I need the accounts for adwords and can't risk them being linked to other accounts. Very unsatisfied.
