You are a bit mistaken about the fake subs, views. People need to know that buying views, or subs, is completely discreet and must be used properly. You must buy it a certain way in order to stay behind the radar. The answer, is don't buy 100k views and call it quits. Buy small engagement but buy all around engagement, not just views, but shares, likes, comments, etc. Keeping all your engagement at a 10% level for you subs will keep your account in good standing. Yes, dont buy views, buy all around engagement.

I have League of legends channel. I don't know where should I promote it? I play games - I stream then I save video. I uploaded about 60 videos. Have 71 subs and few views per video. I am streaming at 1080 60fps.
How to attract more people to watch it. I thought my streams will get more viewers...

I like to play LOL so it is not big deal for me to upload content almost every day...I had one account, 10 months old with 3k subscribers (got them from incentive traffic, click to unlock). I started livestreaming, and boom, the account was a total rockstar, 50 viewers within 3 minutes, with 200 views tops. Every ended livestreams were gaining 40k views/day. After one week account has been taken down due to DMCA.
I've tried to reproduce my steps with aged accounts (10 years +, 100 subs), aged with movies (8 years old, 500 subs) but none of them want to "catch". Why the first one worked so well? Due to 3k subscribers? Pure luck?

found low comp keywords, advertise comments in videos in your niche.
sometimes 3K can be enough to get the video / live suggest if subs in the same niche and active. its not big amount but if content is viral its enough.
top comment popular videos.

what you mean ? whats the point to viewers dont see ads you dant want $$ ?
Basically, I don't want to pay for bandwidth for hosting the videos. If I market to my users that I'm a "Premium" provider, I don't want them to see ads on the videos I put out. I'm not looking to monetize these videos. Just trying to use youtube as a CDN.

I thought all users get shown ads. So disabling monetization means no users will be shown any ads?

I have a few questions for you. I have figured out a way to get YouTube accounts 4000 watch hours in about 8 days time. However I can easily scale this a reduce that time severely. My question for you is I need ways to purchase 1000-1500 subscribers each time. I need them to not go away after a while. Which panels are recommended for things like that? Also how long on average do you wait for YouTube to review your account and allow you to become their partner? Last question. When I start selling these accounts do I need some sort of permission on this website? Who should I contact to give them samples? Do I need Jr Vip?

1 yes but depending on movie you can get strike or not. make some test.
2 you will not get approved. you can only do this on already monetized accounts.
