by this answer i was saying to him that i know better that him that popular artists buy views because i provided them, was not talking in any case about utility of these views, was just saying i provided them
i dont also say hr views dont work but for me it's useless in 2019, if your videos goes well it's mainly because of content. did you try to post same videos on same accounts without buying views.
also for most my niches i target low comp keyword that can bring after easy 100K views from suggested and homepage and trending topics, so views are useless more for me because too low to start and too poor quality

no magic trick you must have active subs or ultra high quality content with good rentention click rate and have time to wait.
thats why i target low comp keywords who can bring more views than high comp.
why only focus on high comp keyword when low comp can bring same views suggested & homepage?

never heard about this to be honest;
you said it yourself. find low competitions keywords. if you target the high ones, top comment popular videos to advertize. unless target low comp in mass.
can help but not much dont wait big impact

One question, I have a channel in that some videos are uploaded from USA (in the beginning), after sometimes I uploaded some videos from India. Then i found that gradual decrease in views, per day 100000 to 20000 views, so is there any relationship with the changing country. if yes, How could i solve this?

if you have lot subs yes it can affect because the ratio of subs who clicks on your video will decrease.
check analytics on new creator studio version

if most subs from usa yes will be way better.
I had had a 20k channel and tried to change niche too but never worked because the subs click rate became horrible.
if it's little channel between 1-5K not a problem, after10K its a problem.
