Those people are not professional in their business, i contact this person and others for usa adsense pin verified account,
all of them keep ignoring my msg, maybe they can't provide this service anymore, google make the process more harder than before!!

I guess they only sell accounts. So once they have delivered to you the account you need to use your own website. Place the adsense code in there and wait for adsense to allow you to show the ads. The problem is, that's if you're website will be allowed by adsense. But I think they surely will :)
