SMS doesn't come to confirm identity

My acc is on a checkpoint - I need to confirm my number, but SMS didn't come.
I tried to log in from mobile version or iphone/android application and request another one, but SMS still does not come.
It is interesting that other SMS from FB (password recovery) from this acc I recieved. Problem is only with confirm identity SMS.
I have also 3 accounts with this problem. All of them are old and there are active campaings now (I can see clicks log in my tracker).
So I don't think it is a "low trust" problem. Also problem exist on different mobile providers, not only one.

Has anyone solved this problem?

yes, it is only checkbox with my phone number when I'm trying to log in, no other variants

Are you accessing requesting verification code from same system/IP? Because it could be that because of that the code is not triggering as you are getting other message. You may try a different computer to request the verification.

Are there any other ways to go checkpoint or just by the phone? If there is, try to go in another way and replace the phone. Or try a little later. It helped me.

just by the phone. I can't replace the phone, there is only 1 variant with my old phone and checkbox. Problem exist more than week, I'm not sure it will be solved by it's own)

I requested from different IPs (provider's and mobile internet) and from 1 computer and 2 phones (IPhone and Android) - not in the same time, of course.
