If your app is new and not ranked for the keywords you can use package id installs (direct installs) to help you start ranking, Or, in order to rank for your main keywords, you can boost keywords that contain your main one. Like, if your main is ‘sudoku’, your secondary can be ‘free sudoku game’, ‘free sudoku online’ etc After such campaign, you will be more likely to start ranking for your main keyword
