I mean on channel that is already monetized. But the video instead of green sign has yellow one [limited or no ads] a there is an option to request review. Sorry that I did not made this clear in the first post

If your video got demonitized and you request human review, they will usually only check the respective video, not the whole channel.

No, but my content is on the line with more than clickbait thumnails. There is quite good chance that I might get terminated for those thumbnails

They will check that particular video only and most of the time application will be rejected and I do think it will be same in your scenario since you yourself are playing with the rules.
