Planning to try this too! Need to reinvest my money I made. Trying other stuff now. Good to hear it's not dead!

How hard would you say Amazon FBA and how much initial capital would you have to invest?

There's a lot of factors to be successful on FBA. It's not as easy as you might think, And I'm speaking from experience. I still have inventory sitting there from my "failed" product...

My initial investment from scratch to having it in stock was about $2000, then you gotta add advertising and fake reviews too which is gonna cost you a bit...

It's not cheap and you really need to do some research and have a good business plan before going into it, but I can pay off very well if done correctly.

Dropshipping is not dead if you have a good product. If you don't have something good to sell any business is dead for you.

If you don't put in hard work and consistent effort then nothing will ever work!

Drop shipping will not die anytime in the near future. It's all about finding untapped markets and being the first to promote a new knock-off product.

always go by this rule. if everyone is doing it, then the wave is dead.
escpailly when you see a 15 year old kid promoting it on a youtube ad

Im no pro but i will sit back and encourage you to do your best man! Even if the dropshipping thing FAILS what you will learn along the way might get you somewhere un expected. Keep an open mind read a bunch contact as many people as possible and enjoy the failures as much as the successes. PFFf I say this to myself as well! Go out there and Live!

No business is dies
A friend of mine started the marbles and granites business in 2018 and did well over $60M in sales..!!!
There are shit ton of factories out there but he still outperformed the established factories
You need to keep yourself updated and should have twists.
Yes you heard that right
You just need to be good at marketing

You need to put your own twist. Dropshipping Aliexpress dogshit isn’t going to work well today.

I agree with you. Dropshipping from aliexpress is not a good idea. Find a good product and a good supplier.

Nothing is dead, just what was working in the past doesn't work as easily due to market saturation, you just need to work a little harder so you can learn what sells now and what doesn't

Sourcing agent, faster shipping, branding (package labeling), quality product, quality website and quality customer service.
This will not die anytime soon
Opening a random store with the 'simple' theme, leaving the aliexpress product description and dropshipping directly from the aliexpress supplier is already dead

Looking to get into drop shipping but hearing its slowly dying. I have tons of pages on IG well over 100k followers and can drive traffic but wondering if I should aim at something else.

Anyone experienced with drop shipping who can point me towards the right direction?
Here's tips, try dropship about phone accesories / gadget acc. It's one of the categories that has a lot of interest

how can dropshipping be dead?

Its sales, reselling, yes its saturated, but no its not dead...

Just find a product that you can sell, how can dropshipping be dead, but affiliate marketing for low quality nameless products' not dead?

Dropshipping is no dead because Buying and Selling is not dead. Unless maybe you twist the definition of "dead". It just takes more time, effort, and marketing capital. If you have 10 websites and 10 different product spaces doing dropshipping with all of them, are you telling me you won't make 100k a year in profits?

$10,000 a year in profits per product group/website is definitely guaranteed if you're doing everything right - SEO, Good Customer Service, Active Socially, Actively Marketing(could be giving products away to influencers or fake reviews or fake quora questions)

Nowadays theres so much automation that most of the uphill battle is initial investment of time and capital. And ofcourse finding your own system for time management. It is definitely a lot more hardwork to get to the golden Invisible $6 Figures$ Finish Line that any project has, but the fact is that its not dead, just harder now.

Fear of hardwork is what makes things appear dead.

I am making close to 300 usd per month with dropshipping using whatsapp only, its offline apart from whtsapp use to get buyers and its making me good passive money. So for me its not dead.

I think Shopify and facebook are the real winner in the dropshipping game cuz they get money from the tons of ppl who wanna start drop shipping ;)

I believe that a method never dies, it only gets saturated.

I dont think any business or niche is ever "dead" or saturated. It 100% depends on what and how you are doing it.
