Jr. VIP with 99 posts - HOW?

Hello,

This member (@Lanfeust) is Jr. VIP right now with 99 posts only. Although he made more than 60 posts today only and around 95 posts in last two days.

Is there any changes in Jr. VIP requirements?
Or it is a bug in BHW 2.0?

I'm guessing one of his posts was deleted, and the total post variable which triggers the JR VIP eligibility is stored separately from the array of existing posts.

I'm not bitching. I'm just asking if there are any changes in Jr. VIP requirements or is it a bug in BHW 2.0? So please calm your tits, keyboard warrior. This is forum feedback section not lounge!

It's neither a bug nor a change in the requirement, it's just a side effect of how the forum counts deleted posts/threads.

As long as someone has a post count of 100 at the time of their donation, they get Jr. VIP. If a thread they posted in is deleted after the fact, the system does not recalculate their eligibility based on the new post count, and they aren't asked to pay again once reaching 100 a second time, they retain their paid upgrade.

Honestly, why does this matter so much that you went out of your way to grab screenshots and call a user out tagging a bunch of mods?

Let us say that it is a bug and the user was able to purchase Jr.VIP before reaching 100 posts. What does it matter? Fresh accounts can purchase marketplace rights and get a colorful name just as easily.

Let us say that the requirements have changed. How would this affect you? You have well over 100 posts, and have not purchased Jr.VIP.

The only reason I can possibly see as to how this would affect you is if you were under 100 posts and were wondering why you cannot purchase Jr.VIP. So please enlighten us as to why this users post count and account status interest you so much.

It won't be a bug, as correctly pointed out he's spam posted his way to 100 and upgraded.
Keep in mind that if the admins are unhappy with how a person has reached the 100 psts, there is the option to remove and refund the Jr VIP, so if we suspect the account has been purchased etc.

Posting 95 times in 2 days however is a sure fire way to get onto staff members radar.

So no there is no bug with the system.
