one word of caution: using whoisgaurd is negative for serp result. google does not like private whois information.

Namecheap is truly awesome. I installed a nulled theme which has virus inside. as a tech nerd, I tried some Google searches on how to fix it. Non worked. Then I contacted namecheap support, they fix everything within 5 minutes. Those guys are good!

Yeah, Namecheap is one of the best registrars.
Cheap and a really good support team.
Their cheap shared hosting is slow. Dedicated servers are excellent.
Most people don't know this, but you have up to 7 days to cancel your domain purchase or ask for a change.

The thing I don't like about namecheap is when you typing your domain as www. your site doesn't show unless you put http// first at least that's been the case with me anyway and for that reason I use GoDaddy now.

I know what you mean, but that's because you didn't set it up correctly.
www. is a subdomain, so basically another domain/site.
You should choose one or the other (with or without www) for your main site,
and redirect the other one.
You can set this up perfectly in your cPanel.
Also, you shouldn't use http, but https (SSL).
Namecheap gives you one year free SSL with every domain and subdomain.
After that, just $8 or so.
