Instagram Hashtag research tool and scraper ?

Hello guys ! I have a few questions :

1. Are there any good instagram hashtag research tools like Webstagram, where you can find all the hashtags based on a keyword ( not only the popular ones ) ?
2. Is there a way I can scrape instagram usernames based on followers count ? Lets say I want to find all profiles with the word "fitness" in their username and in the range of 100-150K followers ?

You can type in a hashtag on Iconosquare and it'll show you related ones with the same keyword in them. I don't know a way to scrape users based on Follower count and Followers range but I do know a site where you can scrape users based on tags.

you would want to use the username search endpoint with a filter on the #followers of the account. nothing to do with a big accounts followers.

As for question one, there is an endpoint, that will give you suggested hashtags based on what you send it along with number of images for that feed.

NVM, i didnt see he wants the word fitness in the username tag.
