I was replying to my quote that my site has recovered rankings since the Medic update from about Xmas time the rankings have come back.

Don't make any drastic changes for a few weeks. Wait for everything to settle down, then reassess. As always, continue to build quality links and post good content.

I have had changed my SEO title. Does it cause any problem?
