Jarvee Engagement Number

Hey guys,
on the right side I can see in jarvee the column Engagement. The number Looks like for example 9.042 or whatever. Does that mean 9,042% Engagement rate or what?
And by the way, what numbers are good as Engagement rate?

I don't use Jarvee, but I can say to you that this is the percentage of engagement you have in total in your account.

An acceptable engagement rate is 10% - 15%.

10-15%? Wow, I'd like to see these accounts. Normal is somewhere around 1-5% for big accounts. At least that's what I've seen so far

i get anywhere from 7% to 19%
