if you are worried about your competitors finding your PBN links, they can easily do this in google
"youdomain.com" -site:yourdomain.com

people have had luck with blocking ahref, but no luck with blocking semrush. majority of them basically ignore your blocking method or find ways around it

You can disallow any search engine from crawling your website, with these rules:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

you can stop ahrefs bots crawling your site. but you can not stop all the websites from where you have got backlinks. so, ahrefs bot can build your backlink profile without even visiting your site.

You can disallow any search engine from crawling your website, with these rules:

Disallow: /

This will block the website from Google/Bing etc. and - therefore - will not allow the website to get indexed at all... Not great advice.
