Is that enough at SEO in 2019 for any website, what do you think ? Plz comment if need anythings to add for better in SEO (SERP) in 2019.

1. Quality Content
2. Best User Interface
3. Mobile Indexing Step
4. Website Spreed
5. SSL Security to improve Authority
6. Blogger/ Blogging & Video Content
7. Social Share / Link-Building
8. Structured data for rich Snippet's
i) Schema.org
II) Google Structured data Markup

one thing you need to have: for your main keywords, you need to have corresponding optimized pages. H tags, images, title, meta tags, number of words, etc. for each niche, it is different. you need to do research across the top 5-10 sites, to figure these out. or use CORA or page optimizer pro tools.

also need, solid about us page with your full contact and phone number
social media accounts mentioned on your site

Niche / keyword research

Even if all the above are excellent, you'll still struggle to beat the huge sites for certain keywords in certain niches unless you have a shit load of money to spend.
Pick your battles.
 
I agree with the commenters, you’ve got to narrow down your niche as much as possible in order to rank highly. Say you’re looking to buy an acoustic guitar. If you Google “best acoustic guitars” you’ll see that the first several sites are specifically music niche ones. So narrow down your niche, do some keyword research (even by using Google autosuggestions), and maybe even check out some other sites from that niche to see what they’re doing right.
 
no can say is it good as google chaging with new update.

if you can beat all your competition on everthink then yes good.

remember deep info on comp needed on there social to get better results, need to beat them heavly ...

2019 is all retention ,, if ppl stay on your socials and website you go up that the new seo 2019 must have heavy socail scores
 
You have mentioned everything that really needs to be done to have a better SERP. If anyone really follow these they will have huge success without any doubt.
 
Mainly focus on quality content and quality links and Dont forget about site speed
 
Well, if you do this in low competition niche it might work, otherwise it might be not enough to reach top.
