I was interested but after reading the last posts, I have to pass this one.
@AdsenseForSale Why do you ignore the messages where guys say that you sell banned accounts (or they receive a ban even before people start to earn something)? Do you think that is totally okay?
So we have to read the thread or at least the last pages of it in order to find out that your service is bad and the money can be spent for nothing?

And would love to hear some thoughts about new Adsense policy, is that made apply new accounts harder than b4? Any other tips?
Haha wow, I'm not sure if this is aimed at me but I never threatened to down your thread with my "friends". I'm just posting my experience that I've had whilst purchasing your accounts, the fact that I purchased around 3 accounts from him and all 3 of them were banned for the same reason. I didn't even login to the 2 of the 3 accounts he sold me and they were banned? lol.

Yes you withdraw payment in any country if you Use USA Uk German Canada and some countries accounts because payoneer provide you different countries banks accounts and you easily attached with Adsene accounts. At this time google more restricted his policy if you appproved Adsene on A.com then you use Adsene ads only on A.com Ads never show on others domains
