Honestly its just a crawler, any expired domain crawler is the same. You feed it the site you want to crawl e.g. ecomm sites and let it do its thing.

Or you find big sites, export the outbound links from Ahrefs, run those domains through a bulk WHOIS checker (not sure if DHG has this) and what ever is available has a link from the large ecomm domains.
