How are they getting away?

Hi, I see many tv shows, anime, nfl and other such videos uploaded by users and was able to monetize and they keep on going like this?

Example -

These guys upload highlights and are getting away. Then I saw people uploading movies, tv shows, animes. Seriously how are they able to monetize and get away?

And I dont think they would upload new recent videos to their channel if the ad money was going to the copyright claimer because no one would be that fool to upload videos to give money to others for their work.

Not all of them are lucky, most of them start doing this shit after they have garnered enough subs, then they post such copyright sensitive material and then its only a matter of time until they are banned and loose all of it.
I had tried this method long time ago and I drink myself to sleep thinking about this stupidity. In order to gain quick bucks, I did the exact same thing and got my account terminated. Lost more than 14k subs which at the time was a lot for me since it was all genuine, organically earned, was so heartbroken that I left the Youtube game!

Hmm but these guys are for a long time and they seem to go smoothly with this. Why is youtube's new "Copyright Match" that is more powerful than Content ID not picking up these?

They are not making any money from it, the ads you see on his videos are linked to NFL google adsense and all revenues goes to them because those video are probably or 100% claimed manually or automatically by nfl, you can't get away with copyright shit on youtube anymore, you could before in 2012 but not anymore.

So, there are multiple channels like his and they all upload with their watermark just to let others more money? Weird!

The most common ones is to change md5 hash, change video quality, crop or maybe blur a little bit. However its only a matter of time before they get caught. It ain't easy to game YT these days.

I am not a pro, but maybe they are in a network, which got contracts/licenses with the NFL and others, which allows them to upload sensitive stuff like this and to monetize it?

I remember back in 2011 when I had a gaming channel. My videos got removed like shit, but then I joined a network (I think it was Fullscreen) and I never had any problem again. I even monetized the videos.

side note here , on Adsense at Youtube and website , we all know can be link aka means your Adsense account is link not just website also on your youtube . Let say , you youtube break the rules , adsense ban , How about your webiste side? Still intact ? as both is different thing

i have google adsense and i've been using it for 5 years, i used it on YouTube made good money then channel got terminated but adsense still on, then i moved to google play made 18 apps were making good money until they updated their policies and boom account terminated but adsense and admob still working fine, made a come back to google play different account different ip credit card apps linked the same adsense still working fine. does that answer your question ? if your account on a platform using adsense to monitize is banned then your adsense won't be banned with it , i guess adsense has its own policies for example don't click your own ads or don't buy fake clicks because it can detect bots from humans.
