how is this page ranking so high NEED HELP

Hi i have a competitor url:
https://www.renegadedad.net/promix-vanilla-whey-protein-review

It ranks 1st page for the keywords but im not sure how. The ahrefs UR= 5 and DR=2.4..according to ahrefs it has only 118 backlnks

Any one know how this page could be ranking?

Looks like it maybe a really, really low competition keyword or PBN back links.

keyword comp is around 25-30..but the thing is i am also competing for that keyword, i have more backlinks but cant rank anywhere near..it could be on page seo but still not sure how as my content is pretty similar to this page..its definitely not the backlinks..i think if someone could clarify it would be helpful to all of us because this is great example on ranking with any off page seo

He might own PBN that blocks the spiders. For "Vanilla Whey Protein" he does not rank anywhere in first 4 pages. This keyword is way more profitable than Promix Vanilla Protein or Promist Vanilla Whey Protein Review (which both have no traffic or competition).

he ranks for a promix protein review, it has low search volume but still is a buyer keyword, my point still is how does it even rank so high
