Awesome thread - happy you have the time to answer our questions. Here's a topic not broached on this thread yet: Getting webinars via FB ads. Most webinar courses don't have effective lessons on FB ads - and most FB ads courses don't have solid funnels for webinars. Seems you can get webinar sign-ups for $5-$8 a piece (haven't tried a webinar campaign on FB yet) if they're clicking over to your sign-up page for cold traffic.
My question is, what's the most cost effective way (or funnel) to attract webinar sign-ups IF you don't already have a warm audience?
Some funnels have you target custom audiences (demographics and interests) with videos, blog posts, and lead magnets to create a warm audience to then advertise your webinar sign-up. I figured I would do this by creating a few lead magnet guides to give to them via messenger as long as they commented on the thread with the word "guide" or something. I figured as long as I was keeping them ON facebook and I asked them via messenger if they would like to sign-up for the webinar (as opposed to going off site to a webinar sign-up page) the cost could be cheaper than outright advertising for the webinar to a completely cold audience or sending them off-site.
Of course once signed up they will be sent an initial webinar sign-up email, be entered into an email inoculation campaign (1-2) in addition to an email series (following the previous) that builds on the value of the webinar and what they will get out of it.
Here's another question for you...
If I were to cultivate warming up an audience via fb messenger ads for lead magnets etc. how much could I save per webinar attendee sign-up (percentage or fixed dollar doesn't matter) as opposed to just advertising the webinar to the cold audience?
Of course I will end up split-testing - just wanted to get your take on attracting webinar attendees so I can plan accordingly...
Thanks again!
