Paypal refund for bad proxies possible?

Bought 10 proxies from highproxies a couple of days ago, turns out half of them don't work... as in instagram doesn't let you register an account with these proxies.

Is it possible to get a refund via paypal?

Highproxies is probably the worst provider for instagram... don't chargeback, talk with the seller first and ask for a refund, if he refuse, you can chargeback and get your money back without any problem

I have some experience when it comes to creating IG accs, because i create alot for my client needs so i will drop my 2 cents here.

Proxies for IG may not work because person use them in the wrong way. Good proxy is not enough, you need also proper browser headers, webrtc etc. It may be your fault OP that you get this error. OP - if you expect to buy proxies and create accounts out of box without any serious skills and know how related to instagram signup process - it wont work.

Test proxies are not available. You can try 1 private proxy for testing purpose. Remember that we also have 3 days money back guarantee policy.

By the way, for future purposes, you should always ask before buying proxies if those are available for IG registrations. Many proxy providers disable their proxies for IG accs registrations as they don't want their proxy to be flagged easily

thanks for the tip... but what is the point of that from the customer's POV? registering 10 instagram accounts from my home ip will flag all these accounts.

Proxy providers don't want to risk getting their subnet flagged so that's why they block the "Registrations" under their proxies. Also, registering 10 accs will flag the accs, but will probably flag your IP as well for a bit.

As a buyer, paypal will refund you the money and give you the sellers wife to fuck as to make it all right. Then they will ban the seller

I would say - if OP is not able to perform any actions using these proxies (he is not able to register, like, comment, follow) by hand (in real browser on his home PC) its possible that proxies are BLed on IG. Ive seen such blacklist only 1 time on IPv6 proxies - no matter what i did i was not able to follow/like etc and it turned out whole /32 IPv6 subnet was BLed. I would consider only such BL as a reason for shitlist but still IG accounts can be follow blocked because of URL in bio and email used so its hard to find the reason even for an experienced person.

Thats not true. If you use proxy and you can see registration form you can assume its not blocked by a provider in any way. OP was trying to make accounts and he got error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later", not some 404, blank page etc. This error proves proxy server was able to successfully communicate with IG server and a result of registration was an error.

Proxy providers mostly cant really avoid blacklists and flagging because if they have proxies from datacenter block there is no real activity from this IP block, only spam activity. For guys from IG its easy to filter such activity by CIDR and make your life harder.

webrtc already enabled

For your information OP - if you have webrtc enabled in your browser and you use proxy webrtc will leak your original IP. Its possible to disable webrtc in firefox, its not possible in chrome (its possible with plugin, but plugins are visible to site you enter so you dont want to do this). I didnt test if IG check webrtc but they may do that. Keep in mind - webrtc is only one puzzle, you need more to make it work.
