You have been aswered twice the same thing in your ticket, basically since you paid and less than 1 hour later asked for a refund, that money is not in our control it is with the payment gateway, so you have to request your refund directly with them, and once you do it they will usually take 10 days, otherwise we would be handling that directly, cheers.
