As long as you modify the image enough, you can repost as much as you can post fresh images.

If you are just downloading the image and perhaps modifying the MD5 / CRC hash only, then not as many. But with image processing, you can repost to your hearts content and ISG are none the wiser

Depends what niche your in. Some niches you can post 5x an hour where as others you can post 5x a week
