I decided to give it a go. Not sure why paying fiverr extra money though while there are alternatives around. There is no bulk order discount, and the deal offer $4.95 while on fiverr we pay a lot more. Please revise your offer with facts as we are not paying $4.95 per keyword, but a lot more with fiverr charges.
