Zapier is great. I use it a lot, especially webhook, Slack and GDocs. Still needed a custom connection between CRM and Facebook Leads (through Zapier webhook) though.

I'm all for sharing my methods, copies, targeting - whatever. Anyone who's been following me here for a while know I'm an open book, so if there's something you want to know, feel free to shoot. Job recruitement through Facebook Leads is a gold-mine (I made over $1.2m in revenue, probably 600-700k in profits this year alone from it), and recruitement agencies haven't yet picked up on it.

Generating leads is pretty straight forward. I'm not so sure about what to do AFTER you generate the leads. I was working with another agency and generated a shit ton of leads for them, but they were only paying me like $20 per lead (investment leads i.e people buying property / investing $10k+ in retail bonds etc.).

What do you do to get $100+ from each lead? What type of clients do you work with? How do you approach them? Do you provide them with the script they use when calling up the leads?

I believe you said they call the leads up within 2 hours of them coming in, does that mean you only run leads during working hours i.e 8AM to 6PM or something like that?

Lastly, do you do anything with the e-mails you capture, i.e follow up with other forums or provide them with relationship building content / other offers via email?

75% conversation rate? That's ridiculously amazing. It's kind of hard to believe. Sure people go on FB to network to find a job (I certainly did) but it's not really the "go-to" per se. People often think of job boards like craigslist, indeed, etc. Your ad copy + targeting must be very optimized. $120 per employment seems low as well unless you're getting minimum wage employees onboard in the US. In the tech sector, hiring agencies charge a lot more. My former boss who was an IT director was paying upwards of 20k per salaried programmer if they stayed for more than 6 months.

Sorry, it was late and radio buttons may not have been the right term, I think they're probably more of a drop down box anyways... been a while since I've run one. I use the survey/questions to qualify the leads. Like you said the "Looking to sell in 1-3 months" or "Looking to buy". I have a similar set of questions that asks about their motivation and also asks if they're working with an agent. My focus is more to pick up my own buyers for my listings (legal in California), so I'm not interested in the people three to six months out or those just looking or those committed to another agent.

Thanks, happy new year to you too. Niche, I'm not so sure, but I'm thinking luxury travel or something that is sold for $2000+ over the phone like investment opportunities. Are those niches you've looked into?

I have a website that publishes job vacancies from different companies. When I do the campaigns in fbads they ban the advertising account because they tell me that it is not allowed in the facebook policies. How do you do the jobs advertising campaigns that are allowed by facebook? What is your approach?

I am glad you liked it! Yes, I ended up spending $25,000 using this method. It made a really good affiliate link list too!

Yup, 75%. Important to note though is that we're not targeting people who already have a fulfilling job and making good money - but instead people who graduated recently or stuck with a job they don't really like. It's totally different than hiring programmers or people with a specialized skill, hence the high conversion rate and low cost.

I have a followup question for you. When did you supposedly "try cloaking"? You ran BH ads, had no idea they were not allowed (by your own admission in an earlier thread), then you got banned, and you've been unable to run ads since then. So when exactly did you cloak? Why would you "try cloaking" if you thought your BH ads were allowed? Why would you even look into cloaking if you were running what you thought to be whitehat ads?
