You are welcome. Please let me know how the results are! When you implement them into your strat, make sure to have follow up emails. If they are not ready to buy in the next 0-3 months, they might be within 0-6 months!

Good Luck!

If you're gonna rag on someone else's thread, then show some sort of proof rather than leaving negative comments behind a computer screen. People ask for proof if we claim to have big numbers. Well, since this thread is so "shit", prove to the world you know a better way. Where is your $$$ spent on FB ads?

Nice of you to share the detailed method.
But you don't show any revenue generated only money spent.
This is incentivized traffic as they only sign up because of the free tickets.
I would want to post an offer that would provide value for people actually looking to purchase a home.
Any realtor would have a very low conversion rate with your method.

It’s junk traffic that’s why, check the Fb page in my previous post it’s junk

I'm glad to see you sharing value from the get-go, really appreciate that.

I would argue though that this is pretty standard information. If you're getting real-estate leads for $1.5, with those bare minimum settings and targeting - you're getting crap. Unless you convert these by automation, the time spent per lead isn't worth it (from my experience, I've been wrong before).

Here's result of my job recruitement leads. 75%(!!!!) percent of these converts into a job position. I pay roughly 50 SEK ($5.5) per lead, and get paid $120 per recruitement.

Real estate is MUCH higher than $120, which makes me question your lead quality. I may add that directly after the lead comes in, I've built a bot to send the data to their HR-department which calls them up 30-45 seconds after form is submitted, hence the high conversion rate.

And here's my Black Friday competition results, which actually is included in my journey here on BHW (including ad copy etc).

That translates to approximately $0.05 per lead, but with even more niche targeting than what you write up.

I'm not saying you don't know your stuff, but even though it may be a beginners guide, you need to go into depth on some parts because else you/the readers are gonna lose money.

You are not understanding. I am targeting people who are intersted in buying or selling a home. (Hence why I targeted people interested in zillow, homes.com, etc.) This will create an ad and push it in front of an audience who you could later on email market. What I did, was I used these leads, then hired a call agency to call the leads and schedule an appointment for real estate agents to meet with the lead. This, was 100% automatic and our converison rate of a closed home was roughly 1% of people that said yes. (10% of the lead forms said yes so 1% of the 10% ended up closing). Which was a really good profit margin... Enough for him to thank me and pay me residual income.

Please check my reply above. I hope it will explain a little better that the traffic isn't junk.

JaspersMarket is Facebook's official test/promo page. It's not OP.

Thank you for this, I really do appreciate this feedback and it really helps me further improve on future threads. Also, glad to see you also are familiar with FB lead generation. I would love to chat more about it sometime! As for now, Happy Holidays and thanks again for the tips!

some little changes are good to know
thanks

I’m not going to say thanks to someone who claims they’ve sold rehashed content at 2k a pop to rookies and by the sounds of it. I’m gonna be honest here but I do not believe you at all.

I’ve checked the page that you publicly shown https://m.facebook.com/JaspersMarket/ - for that many likes and little interaction on each post, even the videos have barely any views blah blah - you’ve faked it until you try to make it. The lastest posts are all junk and looks spammy as hell

I’ll tag @BassTrackerBoats incase me mentioning The page is wrong or against rules but he has shown it in this images quite clearly so I’m not ‘exposing’

Lol holy shit you’re not kidding about that Facebook page.

I'm not sure what any of this has to do with the thread about what I spent on Lead Generation? The point of this thread is to teach people how to properly create a Lead Generation Ad. It worked for me. The results are in the images, nothing is being faked. Not sure what you are referring to?

They think Jaspers Market is your page, when actually it's Facebook's demo page.

LMFAO! And they rag on the post... That just goes to show you there are so many people who they think know what they are talking about when they don't. If he ran any sort of ad on Facebook, we would know that's the example page that shows you the placement of where your ad will be. LOL. I am dead rn. :):):)

Generating leads through lead ads on Facebook Ads is simple enough. But the question is how do you PROFIT from generating those leads.

Also OP, look into Zapier, that way you can automate the data gathered and insert it into your CRM / CMS.

Like I said, the real question is how do you turn those leads into something worth gold. Now yakuzaemme has shared something that gives you an insight into how that is done, not just "promote your CB offer and hope 1 in 10 buys something". I'd love to learn more about your strategy @yakuzaemme.

Great thread OP. Thanks for the share.

I’ll admit when I’m wrong, but I’ve also ran ads and haven’t seen jaspers market before—so I don’t think it’s as relevant as you say it is.

Edit: or maybe I have and totally forgot?

Aye, I've never heard of Jaspers Market, it looks like trash but the point is still very much valid that this isn't new, it's not worth 2k but some of us are happy to admit when wrong, some just have their heads up their backsides

Zapier is great. I use it a lot, especially webhook, Slack and GDocs. Still needed a custom connection between CRM and Facebook Leads (through Zapier webhook) though.

I'm all for sharing my methods, copies, targeting - whatever. Anyone who's been following me here for a while know I'm an open book, so if there's something you want to know, feel free to shoot. Job recruitement through Facebook Leads is a gold-mine (I made over $1.2m in revenue, probably 600-700k in profits this year alone from it), and recruitement agencies haven't yet picked up on it.
