Received my website and I must say I’m impressed. The site is clean and looks professional,content is pretty good too. I will be adding Adsense to it, Webmaster tools and analytics so will report back on performance

I have got the requested website, and I can say that even it's only a 3 posts website, it looks like a professional one, with all the basic necessary pages (about, contact, privacy), fotos, social buttons and 3 good articles, beside of the plugins and a nice theme.
Now I'm working for the offpage seo and for to get an adsense accounts, later I can say if I will earn money with the site.

OP provided a good discount (i purchased the Advanced package - Authority site)
Pros:
- Very good design - simple and clean
- KeyWords are with high CPC and low competition
- Have done everything they have promised - article count and wording, On Page SEO, plug in installation, banner placement.
- Very fast delivery!
- Fast and useful communication. I hope I could ask a few things even after the purchase
Cons:
- The quality of the copy writing could improve.
Overall - Very happy with my purchase. Exceeded my expectations! Recommend.
Now waiting for the AdSense approval
Ok it is time for a new, sadly negative review.
As I noted in my original review, I feared of the really low quality of the content (I even wrote a message to OP while the site was being created, that I feel this content is bad, but was assured the site will be ok).
So, before I make the purchase of the 5 page AdSense Niche site, thenonpareil suggested, I should purchase the "Authority website" (15 page website, $100 original price) since there will be more content, which AdSense likes and they have 99% approval rates. Ok, i did.
They created the website, looking nice, gave me some advises to do some social shares before applying to AdSense - overall - good service, and I left the nice review.
Than I applied and after 2 weeks (on 1 Dec) I got this:
They assured me the content is not scraped, it must be an error, to reapply.
I did - same result, contacted them again.
"We have updated the Policy page, apply again" - I did, same thing happened.
After every rejection from AdSense, I keep telling them, Google clearly states what the problem is - the content. It obviously need to be better.
The last thing I got from thenonpareil is: "contents are unique, but i will change few of them we shall submit again!".
I trust the seller will do the needful for the AdSense approval, because I spent over $150 (with the SEO) for "AdSense FRIENDLY Niche site".
Will keep you posted in the threat how the process is going.

I purchase "STANDARD" $99 plan and order on 26 November and wait for almost one month, I pm him then I got a report for delivery on December 25, he said my site already completed before that date and the email is not delivered to me.
I think this time the seller is overwhelmed with a lot of order that he has now. So it a bit reduced on quality

I got my EMD shown my main keyword has 33 SEO keyword difficulty on kwfinder; I want to take it because the niche is something that I like and I love to work with.
for my longtail keyword is very easy to rank
I must say I don't like the design, I love the Design of Website Sample that he sent to me, but not for my site, I don't have experience for purchasing website design before, I think a lot of sellers send the sample and for delivery outcome is better than sample or at least as good as sample. Although he said the sample is one of big authority package and i just purchase $99 standard package

The sample he sent well designs, my site is just designed with 1 HTML widget, and below of it is recent post widget, the other details on theme option is missing
Missing H1 H2 tags
My article is not using h tags and just using <strong> tags all of them, even one of article it doesn't have <strong> and break of paragraph
The On-Page SEO is okay, sitemap installed, AMP, all necessary plugin installed, but for my website theme it doesn't have breadcrumbs SEO, the sample he sent had it.
Content is good it just missing h tags. The 500 words article is unique, but it has a lot of grammar issue, it's not a big deal for me because it is not an article writing service.
Little bit Mistake on meta description
Worth to mention this too, error in copy paste whole of my article into the meta description

My Review of this service - I ordered an adsense authority site (standard package) from these guys on 22/11/18
I received the finished site + report on 14th December but have waited until everything settled in before leaving this review.
Good points -

Overall I am still very happy with what has been delivered - mainly because the site looks pretty decent and it is also ranking well within the top 100 already which is a good indicator that it will be (relatively) easy to rank the keyword.

- Very easy to work with this provider - good communications and efficient work carried out
- Site is well built with about us, privacy pages and nice layout
- The site looks good and complete and it seems like a lot of effort has been put in to make this so
- Keyword is decent - difficulty of 36% as per keyword revealer (report provided showing this)
- 15 additional longtails provided as advertised - this is good because it gives me some room to expand the site a little
- Main keyword has dropped in at #76 on Google with nothing done to the site so far
Bad points -
- The content isn't great - grammar and structure of content makes me think its written by a non-native writer
- I did not receive a report for the "Backlinks Package" which is advertised in with the standard package features
